Where to find ingredients and equipment


Use the best quality ingredients when you can (one of the best butters in Spain, for example, is Cadí).


Flour: apparently, you should only keep shop-bought flour (in its packet) in your home for one month, so try to use it quite quickly.  Flour can go off (I don’t really like putting it in the fridge but it’s an option).

Nuts: these can go off but I put these in the fridge if I’m storing them for a while.
